Emerald Cay is my dream island ever since seeing it in RobbReport. Although, in the December 2008 issue it is listed at $75m.

I have been dreaming of this exact property for over 12 years now and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it in the Robb Report. All of the details of my vision where there. I know exactly what I would with this magically piece of land if I had the opportunity.

It would become world renowned and an unforgettable, life changing experience for all of it's visitors. If there are any investors interested to hear what that vision is. Please contact me.
